We currently collect and process the following information:

- Information as you supply in our booking forms

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To enable us to process your booking.
- To monitor our website performance
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- If you booked by a 3rd party (eg. TripAdvisor) then the information you supplied to them.
We use the information that you have given us in order to process your order and to communicate with you.
We may share this information with those 3rd parties.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep your details for up to 6 years (for tax information). We will then dispose your information by incineration.
